The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order.
All orders will require a signature. If you are likely to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section when you place your order.
Production & Delivery Schedule
Many of our items are custom-made to order and/or include embroidery personalisation and will therefore be subject to our production schedules at the time of order. If you require an order urgently, please contact us first for an indication on a delivery date.
If the item is in stock, we will aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days.
For larger orders where we may have partial stock, we can dispatch as much of your order as we can immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge.
UK Mainland Express Delivery:
- Orders up to 10kg = £10.35 (ex VAT)
- Orders 10.01kg – 30kg = £17.50 (ex VAT)
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and UK Highlands & Islands:
- Prices start from £38.00 (ex VAT) for orders up to 5kg. Cost for carriage is calculated on total order weight and final destination and is payable on checkout.
Europe Mainland & Rest of the World:
- Cost for carriage is calculated on total order weight and final destination and is payable on checkout.
Please note – Any changes to the delivery address once the order has been placed may incur an additional shipping charge.
VAT charges for International Orders

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition. Any packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
Returns After 14 Days (Goodwill Policy)
We may accept returns after 14 days at our discretion. Where accepted:
- A restocking fee of 12.5% may apply
- Refunds may be issued as store credit only
Personalised/Customised Orders
Unfortunately, if an item(s) have been customised as part of your order (embroidered/printed etc), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item itself is faulty. The item will need to be returned to us first to be inspected before any refunds/replacements will be authorised.
